Your skin story is sensitive, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We handle your data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you share it, your email.
• Skin intake information: concerns, history, routine and lifestyle answers you provide in the booking form.
• Appointment and payment records, including M-Pesa transaction references.
• Basic, anonymous site analytics such as a daily visit count.

Why we collect it

We use your information to book and manage your appointments, to prepare for your consultation, to treat you safely, and to keep accurate clinical and payment records. Your phone number is your primary identifier so we can find your history when you return.

Who can see it

Your records are private. Only your specialist can view your clinical notes. Other clients can never see your information. We do not sell your data. We share it only where strictly needed to run the clinic, for example our M-Pesa payment processor.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
• You can opt out of appointment reminders at any time.
