These terms govern your use of the Skin by Lyze Aesthetics website and the bookings, consultations and treatments we provide. By booking with us you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you book and we will happily explain.

Bookings and the consultation fee

Appointments are held once you select a time and pay the consultation fee. Until that fee is confirmed, a slot is only held briefly and may be released for someone else. The consultation fee is credited towards the cost of any treatment you go ahead with on the day.

Rescheduling and cancellations

• You may reschedule from your dashboard up to two hours before your appointment.
• Inside that two-hour window, please call or WhatsApp us and we will do our best.
• Consultation fees for missed appointments or very late cancellations may be retained, as the time was reserved for you.

Treatments and results

Skin is personal. We give you honest, expert guidance, but individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Please tell us about medications, allergies and medical conditions so we can treat you safely. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or for certain conditions, and we will always say so.

Payments

Payments are made via M-Pesa or in person. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and may change over time; the price that applies is the one shown when you book or when a treatment is agreed.
